The Web Drama Casting
T-ara’s Jiyeon is one of the chosen cast of the drama. She will be starring as the star beauty creator who makes content under Next Door Witch J named Seo Je Yi. The character isn’t afraid to say what she feels, and she is a smooth talker. These traits have made her successful as a beauty creator.
Furthermore, casting as Lee Woo Bin, the CEO of a cosmetics start-up company, is Lee Tae Sun. Seo Je Yi, the star beauty creator, acknowledged his products, but he struggles to get close to her as a person. When it comes to dating, he has zero skills, but he is highly intelligent.
Jang Eui Soo will be portraying as the director of the company MCN named Lee Tae Kyung. The agency that he has been working on specializes in the managing of beauty content creators. Lee Tae Kyung is tall and handsome and secretly has a crush on Seo Je Yi. His feelings for Seo Je Yi makes him get entangled in a one-side love triangle with Lee Woo Bin.
Finally, Go Sung Min has been cast as another beauty creator named Oh Oh Young, who has more than 1 million subscribers. She used to be the idol of Seo Je Yi, but she became a troublemaker with “star disease.” The quality of her content went down, and she starts to demand special treatment. She is the current rival of Seo Je Yi.
Next Door Witch J is slated to air sometime in the first half of 2021.
